What brand and type of food does your dog eat? Please be very specific in the event of an emergency and we need to purchase your pet new food.

In the event that you do not provide your own food, there will be a $20 service charge to pick up your dog's food along with the price of the food reimbursement to the business. If there is no one available to pick up your pet's specific food for any reason, we will serve your pet House Food (From chicken and rice) at $5 per meal. You may also buy a bag of your own dog food in our pet store upon check-in.

We ask that you bring food individually bagged per meal and labeled FIRST AND LAST INITIAL along with AM & PM if different. It is always safe to pack a few extra just in case. It is common for dogs not to eat as much when away from their family, overs will be sent back home with your pet. Please initial.

All of our guests are taken out to potty in our outdoor play yard surrounded by an 8 foot tall privacy fence. Our fence is built reversed so dogs are less likely to be able to climb.

Chewing doors, door framing, walls, windows, etc. We make our rooms as pet proof as possible, but in some cases a determined dog can and will be destructive and we want to ensure our facility is the right choice for your pet, as we do have windows and door framing in our suites.

Our staff performs daily body checks / wellness evaluations to ensure your pet's daily well being. If your pet is too wiggly or will not let us assess them, they will not receive a thorough daily body check.

If your pet presents with signs of upset stomach/diarrhea, or loose stool, You DIrty Dog will add 100% all natural fermented pumpkin in with their meal. For more extreme cases our protocol is fasting a meal to let the tummy settle and then slowly adding back in a bland meal alternative of boiled chicken, white rice, and electrolytes with pumpkin until the problem resolves? Parents will be notified in health notes on their pets report card.

Please ensure that your pets profile photo and ALL information including feeding instructions and medications is also up to date on your pets personal account.
Please update your pet care team of any changes immediately if changes arise.
Check in
1. Please be sure to arrive at your scheduled time so that our pet care team may assist you and your pet(s) more promptly. Standard check in times start at 1pm and end at 4pm Monday-Friday. Any check ins before 1pm will result in a $20 daycare charge. (Pets who arrive after 4pm may not receive a report card for that evening). Check in on Saturday is 8am-11pm.
2. Please allow at least 15 minutes for check in so that we may ensure all details for your pets stay are correct.
3. We will have a check in form available to accommodate any add-ons during your pets stay. Add-ons are by availability only.
What to bring
1. Pre-measured and pre-bagged food labeled with pets first and last name
2. You may bring your pets treats but we recommend bringing treats that they are used to having and instruct us to give the normal amount of treats that your pet is used to. Parents typically feel bad for leaving their pet so they will ask us to give extra treats, but this might lead to upset tummies.
3. Aside from your pets food and treats, you may bring your pet two personal items. (PLEASE note that there is a risk that any item you bring may become damaged, bleached, or lost. We ask that you don't bring anything of sentimental value).
4. Please ensure that all of your pets items are labeled upon arrival.
During your pets stay
1. You will receive 1 daily report card via text message. Please confirm the main phone number on your profile upon check in to ensure you receive your report cards to the correct number. Please reach out to us if you do not receive them.
2. If you need to receive your report cards via email please notify us at check in.
Check out
1. Remember to schedule your check out time with your pet care specialist so that we may ensure all of your pets items are packed and ready to go for a quicker check out.
2. LIMITED Sunday pick up! If you are picking up on a Sunday we have limited available time slots for check out, 5pm-6pm. Please be sure to
schedule your check out time in advance and please be there at your scheduled time.
3. If you wish, you may tip your pet care providers upon check out. Your pet care specialists names will be provided in your report cards.
4. If you are happy with your pets stay please leave us a review! It is the biggest compliment for a small business.
5. If there is anything we can do to enhance you and your pets experience with us, please feel free to ask to speak to management. We welcome the opportunity to become better for the pets and clients we serve.
